"Sound came out just right"
Got my Hedman exhaust put on and the sound is pretty much exactly what I wanted. It’s got a nice deep tone without being obnoxiusly loud, but you can definitely hear it when you step on it. I was kinda worried about highway drone, but so far there hasn’t been any weird buzzing or droning. Really happy with how it turned out

"Packaging was just okay"
I ordered from hedman.com and, to be fair, the package did show up on time, so no complaints there.

The box looked roughed up when it arrived, and the tape was barely hanging on?! I opened it expecting the worst, but thankfully the stuff inside was mostly fine. Still, a little more padding would’ve gone a long way.

Nothing was broken, which is the main thing, but for the price I expected better packaging. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t great either

"Didn't work for my truck"
I was hoping this would be an easy fix, but it just didn’t fit my truck. It seemed like it might be decent otherwise, so I’m kind of disappointed it didn’t work out. Ended up feeling like a waste of time for me

"The site was honestly kind of a hassle"
I had a frustrating time using the site. It was way harder than it should’ve been to find basic things, which got annoying fast. I mean, it looks fine and maybe I just missed something, but still, I shouldn’t have to dig around that much for simple info

"Held Up Better Than I Thought"
I’ve had these on my truck for a few years now, they’ve held up really well. They’re still solid and doing their job, with just a little surface rust showing. Overall, I’m happy with them and feel like they were worth it

I had to keep chasing them for updates on my warranty claim, which got frustrating. Not sure how to explain it, but the whole process just felt a bit slow and not very customer-friendly.

I had a question about whether the part would actually fit what I needed, so I reached out to support before ordering just to be safe. They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated, and their answer was clear enough that I felt comfortable going ahead and buying the right part. It did take one extra email to fully clear things up, so it wasn’t totally instant, but overall the process was easy and the help was good.

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to return something I ordered and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected, because I kept having to chase someone down for answers, the return instructions weren’t very clear, and the whole process dragged on so long that by the end I was just frustrated and sure I won’t be ordering from hedman.com again.

"Showed up fast"
My order got here kinda sooner than I expected, so that was nice. The tracking seemed to update okay for the most part. Only thing is the packaging could’ve been a little better or something...

"Wrong items again, and the policy excuses didn’t help"
I ordered expecting the right stuff this time, but my order showed up wrong again. When I reached out, it felt like I just got the usual “policy” explanation instead of an actual fix. Frustrating and not impressed

"The “durable finish” gave up fast"
I was disappointed with this. The finish started peeling way sooner than it should have, and then rust showed up not long after. So much for the little “tough guy” coating, it really didn’t hold up

"Overall, the build quality is okay!! Not..."
Overall, the build quality is okay!! Not bad at all, but also not something that totally blew me away... Some of the welds looked nice and clean, while a few other areas felt a little rough around the edges?? It’s working fine so far, so I can’t really complain too much, but for the price, I was expecting the finish to feel a bit tighter!!!

"Honestly easier than I expected"
I ordered from hedman.com and the install ended up being way less of a hassle than I had built up in my head. Everything more or less lined up like it should, and I wasn’t stuck fighting with it for hours like I was prepared for. I just took my time and it all went on without anything major happening. I don’t know, it just felt really solid and straightforward, and I’m definitely happy with it.

"Customer service was pretty much what I feared"
I kind of went in expecting customer service to be a hassle, that’s exactly how it felt. I couldn’t get a clear answer right away, the replies were slower than I’d hoped, and I had to follow up more than once just to keep things moving. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it definitely reinforced my feeling that the support could be a lot better.
